The exam conducting body, Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam, on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, prescribes the AP EDCET 2025 exam pattern. It is recommended that candidates who intend to take the AP EDCET 2025 exam review the pattern in order to comprehend the exam's phases, sections, time allotment, and marking system. With the exception of the English Methodology part, the test paper includes both English and Telugu questions in accordance with the AP EDCET 2025 exam pattern. AP EDCET 2025 Exam Pattern

The test paper for the state-level education common entrance test is divided into three parts viz. All candidates must attempt Part A and Part B. Nevertheless, Part C varies from one candidate to another based on their preferred subject. In Part C of the test, candidates have a choice of five subjects.

AP EDCET marking scheme: One mark is allotted for every correct answer in the exam. There is no negative for an incorrect answer in the exam.

Language of AP EDCET Exam

As mentioned in the official notification of the AP EDCET 2025, the question paper will be in English and Telugu languages, except for the English methodology paper. Candidates who want to take the entrance exam in Urdu, however, will receive both an English and an Urdu paper. This facility will only be available at the exam centre in Kurnool.
