What is the 2024 CUET PG Exam?

New Changes for CUET PG 2024
The following are a few of the new adjustments in CUET PG 2024:
- Exam pattern modifications include shorter exam durations, fewer exam cities, higher application fees, and more shifts.
- There are now 75 instead of 100 questions.
- Although it took two hours last year, candidates will now have one hour and forty-five minutes to finish the paper.
- This year, NTA will administer CUET PG 2024 in 324 cities in India and overseas. But the previous year, the exam was administered in 337 locations.
- Additionally, 24 international cities will host CUET PG this year.
- The number of papers in which applicants may appear has also been lowered by NTA.
CUET PG 2024 Application Form
The following information about the CUET PG 2024 Application Form and its guidelines is advised for candidates:
- Registration for CUET PG opened on December 26, 2023.
- On the website, candidates can obtain their application form online. No application may be received in any offline mode.
- In order to register, candidates must supply their own email address and mobile number.
- Before completing the application, candidates must read all of the instructions provided in the information bulletin.
- Carefully fill out the registration form with your personal information, educational qualification, the location, etc.
- Upload the candidate's JPG or JPEG-formatted scanned photo and signature.
- The application for CUET PG 2024 must be submitted by February 7, 2024, at the latest.
- After the application is submitted, changes cannot be accepted.
- In order to correct errors, a supplementary CUET PG Correction Window will be available from February 9 through February 11, 2024.

How to Complete the Application for CUET PG 2024
Step 1: Go to the official website (above link).
Step 2: Select the link labelled CUET-PG 2024 Registration.
Step 3: Enter your personal information, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
Step 4: Write down the application number that the system generated once you've finished the registration process.
Step 5: Click sign in after entering your login information, which includes your application number, password, and security pin.
Step6: Carefully fill out the application form with the requested information to prevent errors.
Step 7: Upload a scanned copy of your signature and photo in the required format.
Step 8: The photo must be submitted in either color or black and white. With the background being white and the face visible in 80% of the frame, including the ears.
Step 9: Make an online payment after completing the previous steps.
Step 10: Save a copy of the confirmation page for future use by downloading it.
CUET PG 2024 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to apply, candidates must meet the CUET PG Eligibility requirements listed below: Qualifications: Graduates from any accredited university or institute in any field are eligible to apply. Age Restrictions: There is no age limitations for CUET PG applications. Appearing: Final Year Candidates can also apply. Exam Pattern 2024
- A maximum of four question paper codes may be chosen by candidates.
- Every paper will not be accompanied by a general test.
- During registration, candidates have the option to choose either Hindi or English for the comprehension portion of the General paper.
- There will be 105 minutes in the exam.
- There will be seventy-five questions on the question paper.
- For every right response, four marks will be given; for every wrong response, one mark will be subtracted.
- Except for linguistics, which will be conducted in English, language papers will be conducted in the relevant languages.
- All papers for M. Tech and higher sciences will be in English only.
- The Acharya Papers, with the exception of Hindu Studies, Indian Knowledge System, and Baudha Darshan, will be written in Sanskrit.
- The Common, Science, and Humanities papers will be multilingual, offered in Hindi and English.
- There will be three shifts for the examination.
- All questions in the question papers, with the exception of language and Acharya papers, will be published in English only.
Marking Scheme 2024
- Every question is worth four points.
- The candidate receives four marks for a proper response.
- One mark will be taken out of the total for each wrong answer.
- Responses that remain unanswered or unattempted will not be graded.
- The candidate must choose one option as the right response to a question.
- Only candidates who replied correctly based on the updated Final Answer Key will receive marks if there are several correct answers or if the Answer Key changes after the challenge procedure.
- All candidates will receive full marks whether or not they attempted a question that was dropped due to a technological fault.

Cut Off 2024
Each participating college independently makes the CUET PG Cut off available. Candidates must meet the admissions cutoff to gain admission to a college. The CUET PG DU Cutoff for PG courses still ranges between 250 and 280 marks, depending on the course and the candidate's category. The leading colleges of Delhi University (DU) are expected to set tough cutoff scores between 250 and 280 out of 400 for their MA, M.Sc., and M. Com programs. Usually, the minimum cutoff scores for these colleges are announced according to specific courses and categories.
Counseling for CUET PG 2024
The NTA has released the Common University Entrance Test PG exam results to the public. Only applicants who completed the online written test will be eligible for participation in the CUET-PG counseling in 2024. Candidates must submit the required paperwork for validation to take part in the counseling process. The CUET-PG participating Institutes will conduct the document verification process.
