GAT B 2025 Exam Pattern

• Section A This section will consist of 50 compulsory multiple choice questions with each question carrying 3 marks. There will be negative marking and for each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted from the total marks.
• Section B: This section shall comprise 150 questions that are multiple choice. They are of 3 marks each. Candidates can only attempt 50 out of the 150 questions that appear. There shall be a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer.
