IIT JAM 2025 Results were published on March 18, 2025. Using the JOAPS portal candidates could access the result. Candidates were required to use their login credentials and password. IIT JAM 2025 Cutoff was declared along with the results for all seven subjects.

IIT JAM 2025 Admit Card is now available at the JOAPS portal. Candidates could download their admit card till the exam. IIT Delhi conducted the IIT JAM Exam 2025 on February 2, 2025. Candidates are required to meet the IIT JAM 2025 Eligibility Criteria. IIT JAM applicants must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks from a recognised university. IIT JAM 2025: Exam Pattern 

The IIT JAM exam is conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT). The exam takes place for 3 hours. The question pattern of IIT JAM is in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), Multiple Select Questions (MSQs), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) with a total of 100 marks. 1. IIT JAM 2025: Types of Questions

• Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ): Each question has four options, with only one correct answer. Negative marking applies.
• Multiple Select Questions (MSQ): Each question has multiple correct answers. No negative marking.
• Numerical Answer Type (NAT): Candidates must enter a numerical answer. No negative marking.

2. IIT JAM 2025: Marking Scheme

• Questions carry 1 or 2 marks.
• Incorrect answers in MCQs will result in a deduction of ⅔ marks for 2-mark questions and ⅓ marks for 1-mark questions.

IIT JAM 2025 Syllabus

The IIT JAM 2025 syllabus also has different topics depending on the test paper chosen by the candidate. For Biotechnology (BT) it includes Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, and Molecular Biology, whereas Chemistry (CY) would include Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry, and Economics (EN) includes Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Statistics.
