Karnataka PGCET 2025 Admit Card – Download Dates, Exam Schedule, and Guidelines

The Karnataka PGCET 2025 admit card for M.E./ M.Tech and M.Arch courses will be available in the second week of May 2025. For MBA and MCA courses, the admit card will likely come out in June 2025. The exam for M.E./ M.Tech and M.Arch is set for May 31, 2025, while the MBA and MCA exams will be on June 22, 2025.

The admit card will not be sent by email, post, or courier to anyone. It must be downloaded from the website. Also, damaging, laminating, or making changes to the admit card is not allowed and can be seen as cheating, which is a serious offense and can lead to legal action.

Candidates can follow these steps to download their Karnataka PGCET 2025 Admit Card:

Step 1: Visit the official website of KEA i.e. kea.kar.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Admit Card Download Link’ tab.

Step 3: Enter the application number and date of birth.

Step 4: Click on the “Submit” button to download the admit card.

Step 5: Karnataka PGCET 2025 admit card will be displayed on the screen after entering the application number and date of birth.

Step 6: Before downloading the admit card, candidates are advised to check the document for any discrepancies.

Issues While Downloading Karnataka PGCET Admit Card 2025

While downloading the Karnataka PGCET admit card, candidates might encounter some technical glitches. In such a case, applicants are advised not to panic and check that if the issues are arising due to any of the following reasons

1. Poor internet connectivity: To check whether the internet connection is working fine, candidates must try switching over the network connections. In case the problem isn't resolved, candidates must check if they are facing any of the other issues mentioned below.
2. Entry of incorrect login credentials: If the internet connection seems fine, candidates must check if they are entering the correct login credentials. Incorrect login credentials do not allow applicants to access the Karnataka PGCET admit card.
3. Server jam: Due to heavy website activity, candidates might be unable to log in to download the Karnataka PGCET admit card. In such cases, candidates are advised to wait for some time and try downloading the admit card again.
4. Incomplete registration: Candidates who did not complete the Karnataka PGCET registration or those whose application fee was unpaid are not issued the Karnataka PGCET admit card. Such candidates are ineligible to appear for the Karnataka PGCET exam.

For the first three issues, try downloading the Karnataka PGCET admit card once these issues are resolved. In case the registration form of the candidates was left incomplete or the application fee was not paid, candidates are marked ineligible for the Karnataka PGCET exam.
