  • B.Sc. with Mathematics in 10+2 or graduation level
  • B.A. with Mathematics in 10+2 or graduation level

Karnataka PGCET 2025 Application Process

The online form for Karnataka PGCET 2025 will be available on April 25, 2025, and can be filled on the website kea.kar.nic.in. The last date to register is May 10, 2025. The registration process has two steps. In the first step, basic details need to be filled, and the information can be edited or deleted if needed. In the second step, the details need to be reviewed and confirmed. Once confirmed, no changes can be made to the application form.

Step 1: Karnataka PGCET Registration

  • Visit the official website of Karnataka PGCET
  • Go to the ‘New User? Register here’ tab.
  • Fill the required details such as Name, Gender, Contact Details, etc.
  • Applicants will then receive a User ID and Password on the email ID and mobile number provided by them.

Step 2: Filling Karnataka PGCET Application Form

  • Now login into the account using the credentials provided at the time of registration.
  • Fill in the personal details, academic details and contact details in the given form stated as ‘Student Information Page.’
  • Click on Save and Next.

Step 3: Uploading Scanned Documents

  • Candidates must keep scanned copies of their latest colored photograph, signature, parent signature and their left thumb impression.
  • Upload the documents mentioned above in JPG/ JPEG format.
  • Select the “save and next” button.
  • Click on next. A declaration page will appear on the screen; candidates must read the declaration and then submit the Karnataka PGCET 2025 Application Form.

Document Size & Specifications

KEA has defined specific size, format and dimensions for each of the documents. Failing to follow the same will Karnataka PGCET 2025 result in cancellation of the application.

Candidate’s Photograph

  • The photo should be in passport size.
  • It should be a recent one, preferably in color.

Step 4: Accepting Declaration & Submitting the Form

  • After furnishing the details in the form, candidates must review the entire online form.
  • Post that, a declaration box will pop-up.
  • Read all the details and click ‘Agree’ if applicants are satisfied with the conditions. 
  • Make note, no edits or omissions can be done after submitting the form.

Step 5: Karnataka PGCET Application Fee Payment

  • To complete the payment, candidates must select the bank challan and take a print out of the same.
  • General category candidates must pay INR 650 while reserved category candidates shall pay INR 500 as an application fee.
  • The payment can be made through any branch of the specified bank. Candidates will be given two copies of the challan after the payment is completed, and the bank itself will retain one copy. 
  • Retain proof of the payment for any future references.
  • After filling Karnataka PGCET 2025 Application Form, take a print out for future reference.
