KL University Engineering Entrance Examination - exam_application_process

Koneru Lakshmaiah Foundation University released the KLEEE 2025 phase 1 examination application form on September 18, 2024. Applicants who are willing to appear for the Phase 1 exam can register and fill out the application form by December 4, 2024. The University will hold the KLEEE Phase 1 examination from December 6th to December 8th, 2024 for the 2025-2026 academic year.

KLEEE exam is administered for admission across different Engineering curriculums. The registration process is completely an online one. Candidates submitting the application form offline will not be accepted under any circumstances. All the students will be required to fill out the necessary details such as name, email address, and WhatsApp number. Next, candidates must choose their preferred year of admission, campus, and the program. A password also needs to be set, which will be required to log in and fill out the remaining application form.

KLEEE 2025 application fee will be INR 1000 for all categories of candidates and will be non-refundable. Apart from the Indian candidates, the NRI/ PIO/ OCI students can also apply for the exam. The University states that the course preference is selected solely for statistical analysis. During counseling, the final program selection will be decided.

Steps to Apply for KLEEE 2025 Phase 1 Entrance Examination

Step 1: Register for KLEEE 2025 Entrance Examination

• Firstly, visit the official website of Koneru Lakshmaiah Foundation University, i.e., kluniversity.in/admissions-2025

• Click on the “Apply Now/ Apply Today” option available on the homepage.

• The candidate will be redirected to a separate window.

• Next, enter personal details, such as name, email address, and WhatsApp number, and select state, city, admission year, campus, and lastly, select program.

• Next, candidates need to add email addresses and contact numbers and create a strong password.

• Confirm the registration by previewing the details like the candidate's name, date of birth, contact number, and email ID.

• Next, on verifying the OTP which will be sent to the registered mobile number, applicants will receive the application number.

Step 2: Fill in KLEEE 2025 Application Form

Candidates who have registered successfully need to fill out the application form by following these steps:

• Once done with the registration process, click on the “Proceed to fill out the application form” option.

• Log in with the system-generated application number and the 7-digit created password.

• Select up to 14 test center preferences for attending KLEEE 2025 Phase 1 application form.

• Enter all the basic details, communication details, educational qualification details, communal reservation details, and account details.

• Next, while all the details have been filled in, candidates need to preview the application form and hit the “Save and Finalize” option.

Step 3: Pay KLEEE 2025 Application Fees

Candidates need to fill out the application form and pay the registration fees using the following means. KLEEE 2025 application fee can be paid only online mode:

• Click on the step 3 or the “Pay Application Fee” option.

• Navigate and click on the “Proceed to Pay” option.

• The applicants will be redirected to the payment gateway, where candidates will be required to pay KLEEE 2025 application fee online mode.

Step 4: Upload Images and Certificates in KLEEE 2025 Application Form

Once done with the payment of application fees, candidates will be required to upload images and certificates inside the application form. Candidates will be required to upload a recently taken passport-sized photograph and signature in less than 100 KB in JPG/ JPEG format. The image must be taken properly on a white surface. Blurry images can lead to the rejection of the application form.

Step 5: Take a Printout of the Acknowledgement Number

Once the images are uploaded, candidates need to take out a printout of the acknowledgment number by following the given steps:

• Click on the step 5 or the “Print Acknowledgement Page” option.

• Enter the application form number and login password.

• Take a printout of KLEEE 2025 application form on an A4 sheet.
