Registration for NATA 2025 will begin in the first week of March 2025 (tentative). The Council of Architecture (COA) oversees the NATA exam. It is held for those interested in architecture at the national level. This well-known architectural exam, known as NATA, is offered several times a year based on student preferences. For the 2025–2026 academic year, admission to B.Arch courses is determined on NATA scores.

The NATA 2025 exam will be administered by COA during the first week of April 2025. This exam evaluates an applicant's aptitude for a particular subject of study—architecture—by testing their logical reasoning, critical thinking, visual perception, and aesthetic sensitivity.

NATA 2025 Exam

Dates The dates for the NATA 2025 exam will be made available online. The Council of Architecture is responsible for organizing the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). This test is an entrance exam at the national level. It is held in order to grant admission to different architecture colleges around the nation. When admitting students to their B.Arch. courses, a number of public, private, and recognized universities took the NATA score card into consideration. NATA 2025 Application Process

In order to complete the NATA 2025 application form, candidates must read the instructions below:

  1. The application will only be completed online.
  2. The NATA 2025 registration period will open in March of that year.
  3. The application process consists of three main steps: filling personal information, uploading documents, and paying the fee.
  4. The most recent passport-size photo and signature must be uploaded by candidates on the registration form.
  5. Following the successful payment of the charge, a confirmation page will be produced.
  6. The application will not need to be sent via postal mail.

  1. Electronic Payment Gateways, or EPGs, are a means to pay the application fee.

How to Apply For NATA 2025

Step-1: Visit the official website of NATA.
Step 2: Select NATA 2025 Registration by clicking.
Step 3: Fill out the necessary information to finish the registration.
Step 4: Complete the personal, contact, and qualification fields.
Step 5: Upload the photo and signed scanned image.

NATA 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The NATA 2025 exam eligibility requirements are listed below:

  1. Qualifications: Candidates who have passed or qualified for the 10+1 or 10+2 exam may apply. Those with a three-year diploma are also eligible to apply.
  2. Subjects: Courses in mathematics, chemistry, and physics are required.
  3. Marks: At least 50% marks will be required in the qualifying exam.
  4. Applicants who take the qualifying exam are also welcome to apply.

NATA 2025 Exam Pattern

Students can view the NATA exam format for 2025 here:

  1. Exam duration: You will have three hours to complete the question paper.
  2. Mode: Part B will be arranged in an online format, whereas Part A will be conducted offline.
  3. Total Marks: There will be 200 total points awarded for both sections.
  4. Medium: Hindi and English will be the exam's languages.
  5. Marking Scheme: Correct answers will receive four marks, and incorrect ones will not receive a deduction in score.
  6. Sections: Part A will consist of Drawing & Composition Test and Part B will consist of MCQs.

Mathematics Logarithms, Algebra, Matrices, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, 3-Dimensional Co-ordinate geometry, Application of Calculus, Theory of Calculus, Statistics, Permutation and combination and Probability.
Drawing Test
  1. Geometric composition, understanding scale and proportion of objects, shape, building forms and elements, color texture, aesthetics, harmony, and control.
  2. Drawing of patterns – both geometrical and abstract.
  3. Conceptualization and visualization through structuring objects in memory.
  4. Form transformations in 2D and 3D like union, subtraction, rotation, surfaces, and volumes. Creating 2D and 3D compositions using given shapes and forms.
  5. Perspective drawing, Sketching of urban scape and landscape.
  6. Generating plan, elevation, and 3D views of objects.
  7. Common day-to-day life objects like furniture, equipment, etc., from memory.
General Aptitude
  1. Visualizing three-dimensional objects from two-dimensional drawing, Interpretation of pictorial compositions.
  2. Objects, textures related to architecture & built environment.
  3. Analytical reasoning, general awareness of national/international architects and famous architectural creations, mental ability (visual, numerical, and verbal) etc.

NTA 2025 Admit Card

The NATA admit card 2025 will be made available online by the exam conducting authorities. It will be released in the month of April 2025. Candidates must bring their downloadable admit card, a photo ID, pencils, erasers, dry coloring, a scale, and other necessary items for the exam. The exam's session, appointment number, assigned test center, and other details are listed on the admit card. To continue the admissions process, candidates should keep their admit card safe and secure.

NATA 2025 Scorecard

An online process will be used to announce the result. The month of May 2025 will see the announcement of the NATA 2025 results. The score card is good for admission for two semesters starting in the year the candidate took the test. The NATA score card will include the candidates' marks and ranks, personal information, additional admission guidelines, and more. Applicants should safeguard their score card until the admissions process is over.

NATA 2025 Cut-off

The lowest qualifying score needed for candidates to pass the exam is known as the NATA cut off. The candidates' best score will be taken into consideration if they participate in numerous sessions. The following is a list of the qualifying requirements:

  1. Part A requires a minimum of 20 marks.
  2. In Part B, a minimum of 30 marks are required.
  3. Overall qualifying marks will be 7o marks out of 200 marks.

NATA 2025 Counselling

On the National Aptitude Test in Architecture, there isn't any specialized or centralized counseling available. This year, the CoA may, nevertheless, declare a centralized process. The exam date will be announced, and you will be informed.

  1. States and universities offering B.Arch programs will hold separate NATA 2025 counseling sessions.
  2. The moment the results of the NATA exam are released, the authorities start the counseling process.
  3. In order to apply for counseling, you must meet the eligibility requirements for the NATA exam.
  4. The National Aptitude Test in Architecture counseling procedure is being conducted by 400 B.Arch institutes.
