SUAT 2025 Application Form (OUT): Steps to Apply, Slot Booking & Fees

SUAT 2025 application form is now available online on the official Sharda University website, and the entrance exam is scheduled to be conducted in June 2025. However, the SUAT 2025 exam authority has not yet announced the last date for submitting the application form. The form was released on November 20, 2024.

The application fee for SUAT 2025 is INR 1500 for male candidates and INR 1000 for female candidates. It can be paid online via net banking, credit card, or debit card. Alternatively, payment can be made through a Demand Draft (DD) in favour of Sharda University, payable at Greater Noida, or in cash at the Sharda University campus or regional offices. All candidates are advised to check the official eligibility criteria before registering for SUAT 2025.

SUAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for SUAT 2025, candidates must meet the following SUAT 2025 eligibility criteria.

Nationality: Candidates must be of Indian or foreign nationality to be eligible for SUAT 2025. Both Indian and international candidates can apply.

Age Requirement: For undergraduate courses, candidates must be at least 17 years old by December 31 of the admission year. There is no upper age limit for postgraduate courses.

Undergraduate Programs: Candidates must have completed their Senior Secondary (10+2) examination from a recognized board with at least 60% marks.

Postgraduate Programs: Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in the relevant field from a recognized university, meeting the minimum percentage requirement of at least 60%.

Appearing Candidates: Candidates whose Class 12th or final-year graduation results are awaited can also appear for SUAT 2025. However, their admission will be provisional and will be confirmed upon submission of the final exam scores.

How to Fill SUAT 2025 Application Form?

SUAT 2025 application form is now available online. Candidates can fill out the application form by following the steps given below.

Step 1: Fill out the Application Form

• Access the Application Portal: Visit the official SUAT application page at https://suat.sharda.ac.in/apply-online/.
• Provide Personal Details: Enter full name, valid email ID, active mobile number, and other required personal information.
• Select Discipline and Programme: Choose the desired discipline and specific programme or plan from the available options.
• Specify Location: Select state and city from the dropdown menus provided.
• Verify Mobile Number: Click on the "Verify No." button to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP in the designated field to verify the contact number.
• Submit the Form: After completing all fields, click on the "Apply Now" button to proceed.

Step 2: Confirm Programme/Specialisation and Proceed to Payment

• Programme Confirmation: Review and confirm the selected programme or specialisation to ensure it aligns with academic goals.
• System ID Generation: Upon confirmation, a unique System ID will be generated for the application.
• Application Fee Payment: Proceed to pay the application fee using one of the following methods:

1. Online Payment: Utilize Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card for a seamless transaction.
2. Demand Draft (DD): Prepare a DD in favour of Sharda University payable at Greater Noida. Ensure Name, Father's Name, Contact Number, and Course opted are written on the back of the DD. Send it to:
   Admission Cell, Sharda University, Plot No. 32-34, Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida, U.P. - 201310
3. Cash Payment: Visit the Sharda University campus or any of its Regional Offices to pay in cash.

Note: The application fee is INR 1500 for male candidates and INR 1000 for female candidates. This fee is non-refundable.

Step 3: Receive Application Number

• Acknowledgement: After successful payment, an application number will be generated.
• Communication: The application number, along with further details, will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number.

Step 4: Book Exam Slot

• After receiving the application number, a slot for the SUAT exam must be booked. This involves selecting the exam state, city, center, test date, and time slot as per convenience. 

Note: Certain programmes do not require candidates to appear for SUAT 2025. These include:

• B.Arch
• M.Arch
• M.Sc. & MPT - Allied Health Sciences
• M.Sc. - Nursing
• PG Diploma
• All Ph.D. Programmes
