Aryabhatta Knowledge University is an Open University affiliated with the University Grants Commission that was founded in 2010. Technical education is the university's primary focus. Additionally, it provides management and medical training. The Patliputra School of Economics, the Center for Journalism & Mass Communication, the Center for Geographical Studies, and the Center for River Studies are the four schools that make up the university. The All India Council for Technical Education has given the university its approval. The 7.6-acre campus of the institution is constructed.
