Amity University Mumbai

Amity University Mumbai is spread in an area of around 30 acres. It is a well known University which has  great infrastructure containing almost all facilities like medical center, classrooms, research labs, laboratories and computer labs, Cafeteria ,indoor and outdoor sports facility, staff rooms, department rooms, Bank on Campus, parking lot and bus center for the students and staff etc.

The University also has an auditorium with a capacity of over 1500. It also provides huge grounds for cricket, basketball court, rooms for cultural activities, sports complex, eateries , library, laboratories etc.

 

Library:

 

The University has well maintained central library and departmental libraries which has a great infrastructure with a 24/7 wifi enabled system and open access system which helps students without facing any issues while accessing the books. It also has a rich collection of books. It also operates as an open access system centrally for providing smooth accessibility to students. Its library has a seating capacity of around 600+ students which includes  Students Aid Fund section, laptops, desktops for differently-abled. The library of the University provides great opportunities to the students by providing  various opportunities like internships opportunities etc. 

 

Laboratories:

 

The University provides various laboratories to the students under the program of Science, Arts and Commerce etc. It has around 16+ research labs , computer labs with latest facilities and modern features. By these laboratories students will get hands-on experience in the field of various related programs and be able to visualize the real life things in easy ways.

 

IT Infrastructure:

 

Amity University Mumbai provides IT infrastructure for students to ensure the smooth academics. It provides 500+ laptops, 250+ desktops, Around 12 computer labs, browsing centers, and an e-learning center in the Library  for students from various departments to gain hands-on experience in every field. It provides wifi for the whole campus which helps students to explore everything in the meantime.

 

Medical Centre: 

 

The University also provides a Medical Centre which is located at a hygiene place of the University.it addresses the health or medical issues of the students and ensures to provide the best facilities. The University has highly qualified doctors, apart from that, the university also allows doctors from outside for helping the students. It also provides medical insurance for the students . 

 

Sports facilities:

 

The University also provides various sports facilities for students to relieve their stress from academics after academic activities. It provides opportunities in the field of sports which includes extra curricular activities. It provides facilities for various types of sports which are known as indoor and outdoor sports.

 

Amity University Mumbai also provides a well managed cricket ground which is spread across 1,70,500 square feet with four practice nets and  various facilities. It also provides a football ground which is spread across 70,000 square feet and well maintained basketball, volleyball and badminton courts. As mentioned above it provides indoor games like carrom, chess and table tennis etc.

 

It also provides a gym in an open area for students . It also allows students to use swimming pool facilities at nearby stadiums by paying some fees. The swimming pools include highly qualified personal trainers to help the students.

 

Guest Room:

 

The University also Provides Guest rooms for guests who will be visiting the university for various purposes. It will be provided for guests who visit the college during the college events like tech fests , seminars, annual cultural festivals , research programs etc. those who are willing to stay in the guest room should book before at least a week or two weeks through the college website.

 

Canteen:

 

Amity University Mumbai provides Canteens for students to have the best food after the hectic schedule of classes and labs. It provides one common canteen for the students and staff and other canteens for students. The canteen has a well maintained hygiene kitchen with a highly qualified chef and every time it uses fresh ingredients and items for the good taste and healthy environment.

 

Bank:

 

The University provides Banks in the campus to help the students to have smooth transactions or banking facilities. It provides banks like SBI. Students can visit these banks to have a better offline banking process for transactions or depositing the money and students can avail facilities like ATM machines for offline cash for their needs.
