ASBM University UG Admission

ASBM University provides various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs under several disciplines. ASBM University Bhubaneswar offers several courses for undergraduates such as BA, BBA, LLB, BTech, BCA, BCom, etc. To be eligible for BBA (Hons), BBA E-Commerce, B.Com. ASBM Admission to Ph.D courses will be based on two-steps ie, a written test and interview. To qualify for the interview, candidates must pass one of the following written tests:

1. Any Fellowship or should have qualified in UGC-NET, UGC-CSIR NET, GATE, CEED, or similar national tests OR Pass the ASBM University Research Aptitude Test (ASBM-RAT) with minimum 50% marks. Candidates from SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer), differently-abled, EWS and other categories can receive a 5% relaxation, allowing them to qualify with at least 45% marks, as per UGC guidelines.

ASBM University Application Process

ASBM University Admission is done both online as well as offline. Candidates interested for online admission can apply at the ASBM University website (www.asbm.ac.in). For admission via offline method, candidates must take the prescribed application form and information bulletin from the admission office by paying the required application fees. Given below are the steps to fill out the application for admission to ASBM University.

Step 1: Visit the ASBM University website (asbm.ac.in). Click on the ‘Admission’ link, and then choose ‘Apply Online.’

Step 2: Choose the course you want to apply for and click the ‘Apply Now’ link next to it.

Step 3: Register by providing name, email ID, and mobile number. Click ‘Submit’ to finish the registration. The email address provided during registration will be used for all communications until enrollment is finalized; changes to the email address will not be allowed under any circumstances.

Step 4: Fill out the application form with your guardian’s details, communication address, and other general information. Upload a latest passport-size photograph in a JPEG or a JPG format.

Step 5: Enter details about your previous qualifications and upload your mark sheets. If you have work experience, include that information as well.

Step 6: In this section, provide details about your qualifying entrance exam and upload your scorecard.

Step 7: Check the declaration box, review all the information you’ve provided, and click ‘Save and Continue’ to move to the final step.

Step 8: Complete the ASBM online application form and pay the notified amount i.e., Rs 500 for UG/PG programs and Rs 1000 for the PhD program. The applicant can pay the fees online using a debit/ credit card, or net banking, or choose to pay by DD.
