The Centre for Corporate Relations (CCR) is responsible for determining the best student-organization match. The Placement Team selects, targets and invites companies for final placements and summer internships.
CCR is an essential component of the Institute, and it tries to select the best student for the opportunity offered by a company. The Centre for Corporate Relations (CCR) serves as the hub of operations for the 3-I (Institute - Industry - Interface) project. CCR fosters and maintains tight relationships with corporations through guest lecturers, corporate gatherings, industrial visits, and frequent interaction at both the institute and student levels.The CCR is in charge of organizing final placement for graduating students, which is a continual process that begins when a student first enrolls at the institute. The CCR also organizes for each student to participate in an obligatory six to eight week Summer Internship Program (SIP) in corporate houses at the end of their first year.
The Institute saw a surge in placements for the 2019-21 batch, with over 117 organizations coming to recruit the students. EY, Coca-Cola, CopalAmba, Moody's Analytics, Continental Tyres, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Decathlon, FedEx, Lloyd Ventures, ZycusInfotech, S&P Global, Jaguar Land Rover, ITC, Loreal, Cavinkare, Berger Paints, Nestle, Jaro Education, Mercer Consulting, Protiviti Consulting, Ameriprise Financial, Byju's, and others are among the recruiters.
Students actively participate in CCR activities, which include the publication of placement brochures and other literature, interaction with recruiters, organizing HR Roundtables, developing placement strategies and scheduling activities, maintaining resume banks, organizing industrial visits, speakers from industry, and so on. Exposure to this complex procedure helps them improve their Participatory Managerial Effectiveness (PME).
Placement is only one of the Institute's interactions with the industry. APIM wants to help students form their first impressions of the sector.

Over 1,258 organizations have visited our campus to recruit, with multinational corporations (MNCs) accounting for 80% of the total. Our students received a total of 195 employment offers, with 30% receiving multiple offers.

Summer Training is a 10-week paid summer project that is an essential component of the PGDM Curriculum and is well-known for its importance in management education and application. The student carefully selects up the projects and accepts the first offer they receive. As part of the project, students must present a report.
