The University offers various courses such as BTech in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology etc, BPharm, BPT, BSc Nursing, BSc, BRIT, B.Opt, GNM, BCA, BBA etc courses for Undergraduate programs. Also, it offers MTech in Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, EC etc, MPharm, MPT, MSc, MSc Nursing, MCA, MBA etc courses for Postgraduate program.it also offers several courses for PG Diploma and PhD Program .Every year, The University offers around 30+ courses for all the programs.Â
Admissions in the University includes the consideration of a Certain minimum aggregate in a 10+2 relevant qualifying exam, passed graduate and valid entrance test scores. Also, For UG, it prefers candidates with a minimum aggregate of 45% for general and 40% for reservation candidates in a 10+2 equivalent qualification with relevant subjects recognized by related boards and a valid GUJCET Score.For PG, it prefers candidates with passed graduation in relevant disciplines and a valid GATE/PGCET/GPAT/CMAT Score. For the PhD program, it prefers candidates with relevant degrees and a valid CDET Score.
CHARUSAT Application process
Candidates are required to submit their marks while registering, which is crucial for admissions. After submitting, candidates are required to participate in the counseling / admission process by selecting the preference courses/program on the official website. Candidates will be enrolled in the selected programs based on their chosen preferences.
How to apply?
- Visit the official website of the university at https://www.charusat.ac.in/ , download the application form.
- Start filling the application form by using personal details and professional details in the available form followed by choosing the program. Candidates who are registering for several courses must attempt an entrance test like GUJCET/ CMAT/ PGCET/ GPAT/GATE or valid Entrance Exams for admission in UG and PG etc programs. Also, make sure to provide all the required details and documents correctly.
- After completing the filling of personal details , enter your scores obtained in relevant exams/boards exams as a procedure of the counseling process for admission in the University. Also, Submit/Send the filled application form to administration of the office. Also, the provided scores will be used to confirm your eligibility for admission in the university.
- Based on the submitted scores of the Board marks/ Entrance exams or relevant qualification, Seats will be allocated by the University. The seat allocation process also considers the availability of seats for the particular disciplines.
- Candidates who get selected or successful admission will receive a provisional offer letter. Also, This letter indicates the sign of successful admission, moving to further processes of the admission.
- Attend the physical counseling session as mentioned in the offer letter which is very mandatory. This step shows your interest and eligibility for the allocated seat.
- Pay the enrollment fee and other fee by the mentioned date in the provisional admission offer letter. Completing the payment is very crucial to secure your admission in the Institute.
- Complete the final registration process at the University to officially join the University. Also, Classes will commence as per the academic schedule provided by the University.
