Hostel Fee:
There are separate dorms for boys and girls on the CT University campus, complete with modern amenities and a shared kitchen. Fresh and clean food is served at the hostel mess. Internet access, a music room, a common area with TV and cable, salon services, a space for indoor activities, and a reading room stocked with local and foreign newspapers, periodicals, and other materials will all be made available to you. The residences of the hostels provide inpidual badminton, basketball, and volleyball courts in addition to a fully furnished gym. The attentive and knowledgeable staff maintains the hostel's responsiveness and takes after the university's assets.

Refund Policy 2025:
Rule: Applications for tuition and transportation fee refunds that are submitted before the deadline for applications will be accepted, after that date no applications for refunds will be allowed.
Procedure:
- a) To be eligible for a refund, the applicant must apply to the university using the form that is available on campus.
- b) No refund applications will be accepted after the deadline unless the original form is properly completed and signed by the candidate and their parent(s) and is received in person, by mail, or via email.
- c) The university shall not be responsible for reimbursement for postal delays.
- d) After return of the original identification card, payment receipt, loan application letter from the university (if applicable) Refunds will be done.
- e) If a student chooses and indicates on the application form that they would only accept a refund in the form of an A/C payee check made out to the concerned student or parent.
- f) After the refund application has been filed there will be an extra processing cost of Rs. 500 charged for any requests to reissue the check or modify the payee's name (student or parent).
- g) The amount refunded shall always be in Indian rupees.
- h) Any money deposited with the institution is not subject to interest payments.
Refund Policy T&C 2025:
1.Refund of the tuition, housing, and transportation costs:
- Withdrawal before to the commencement of the session: If an applicant withdraws prior to the commencement of the session, their previously paid funds will be returned, less a processing fee of Rs. 3,000 per applicant.
- Withdrawing after the session has begun: If an applicant withdraws after the session begins, they will receive a refund for the money they have already deposited, less a processing cost of Rs. 3,000 per head, one-fifth of the total tuition, one-tenth of the hostel price, and one-fifth of the transport fee.
2. The cost of the program in which the applicant was first take admission will be transfer into account for the purpose of tuition fee refund. 3. The date of the first class will be regarded as the start of the session for the purposes of processing refunds. 4. In Cases of Package Fee Refund The applicant choose to purchase a package in the following terms and conditions will apply to the refund: a) Absence prior to the commencement of the meeting: Should an applicant withdraw prior to the commencement of the session, they will receive a refund of the sum they have already deposited, less a processing fee of Rs. 3,000 per applicant. b) Withdrawing after the session has begun For Direct Admission: Should an applicant withdraw after the session begins, the sum that they have already deposited will be returned to them, less a processing fee of Rs. 3,000 per head and a deduction of one-fourth of the total tuition plus hostel cost. 5. Whether a candidate or a consultant deposits money into the university account, the university will be in charge of that money. The remaining funds will be returned after a quarter of the deposit amount is subtracted. As an illustration, let's say the candidate paid Rs. 1,10,000 into the university account and Rs. 1,50,000 to the consultant, and the first installment for any X-Y course is Rs. 2,60,000. The university will then only be responsible for the 1,10,000 that was placed, and the candidate will receive a refund of Rs. 82,500 after a 1/4th of the original sum, or Rs. 27,500.
For Phd:
The registration price for the PhD program, the course work fee, and the semester fee paid by the applicant are non-refundable. Therefore, in PhD cases the admission fee will not be refunded in any way.

The Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship has introduced a new program for Candidates of category SC/ST UGC that offers instructors Fellows of two or more of the four Science Academies which has recognized a special honorarium. Research Associateships (RA) and Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) is for International Junior Research Fellowship in Technology and Engineering for Junior Research in the Sciences, Humanities, and Social Sciences. (JRF) Fellowship for Post-Doctoral Studies for Women Candidates the National Fellowship for Minority Students, Maulana Azad.

The University Level Scholarship Entrance Test, or CT-SET, is required for entrance to a number of CT University undergraduate and graduate programs. Engineering and Technology, Management, Healthcare & Paramedical Sciences, Agriculture, Pharmacy, Hotel Management, Airlines & Tourism, Humanities & Physical Education, Computer Applications, Fashion Designing & Multimedia, Law, etc. The goal of CT SET 2024 is to assist worthy students in obtaining affordable higher education so they can have bright futures.
