For Offline Admission.

• Get the application form by paying INR 500 from the college campus.
• Complete the details of the application form.
• Fill the required personal and academic records in the application.
• Submit the INR 500 application fee.
• Lastly, submit the application form.

Note. Students may also get an application form via demand draft by paying INR 650. After completing the form correctly, they can mail or courier it to the ESIC Medical College along with a demand draft for INR 650.
