GBS Kolkata provides two-year PGDM, PGDM - Business Analytics, and MBA (Global) programmes. GBS selects candidates based on their entrance exam score, past academic performance, GD and PI, extracurricular activities, gender, and academic diversity. The PGDM, MBA, and PGDM-Business Analytics programs each have a seat intake capacity of 150, 90, and 30, respectively. 

 

The minimum eligibility requirement for the PGDM, MBA (Global), and PGDM-Business Analytics programs at GBS Kolkata is a Bachelor's degree (10+2+3) or equivalent from a recognised university in India or abroad (recognised by the UGC/Association of Indian Universities) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent grade in any field.

 

Furthermore, candidates seeking admission to PGDM and PGDM-BA programs must get a minimum percentile score of 50% on any of the following entrance exams: CAT , MAT , CMAT , XAT , and ATMA. The MBA (Global) program requires candidates to have a valid CAT , MAT , CMAT , XAT , or ATMA score.

The selection procedure at GBS consists of two steps, as follows:

After being shortlisted, vetted candidates are invited to participate in GD and PI rounds.
