Admission to different programs at IIIT-Delhi are enabled through various entrance examination, such as Joint Admission Counselling (JAC), IIIT-Delhi admission process for the undergraduate programs, Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) for the design course, the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) for postgraduate programs, and Graduate Aptitude Test – Biotechnology (GAT-B) for M.Tech. in Computational Biology.
International Admission
IIIT-Delhi takes pride in providing interdisciplinary education options to its international students by providing them a platform where knowledge meets achievement, history meets the future and ambition meets inspiration. Foreign nationals interested in pursuing their education at IIIT-Delhi are admitted to various programs either through IIITD International Admissions or different government schemes such as Study in India, Direct Admission for Students Abroad (DASA), Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), provided they satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria for admission as prescribed by the Institute.

Application Process
Admission through Joint Admission Counselling, Delhi (JAC) The admission to B.Tech. (CSE), B.Tech. (ECE), B.Tech. (CSAM), B.Tech. (CSB), B.Tech. (CSAI) and to some seats of B.Tech. (CSD), B.Tech. (CSSS) and B.Tech. (EVE) will be done through Joint Admission Counselling (JAC Delhi). During joint counselling, admissions will be offered to candidates in accordance with IIIT-D merit list in different categories. Detailed instructions for joint counselling will be posted on the counselling site from time to time.
