Indian Institute of Management - [IIM] Lucknow final placements for the PGP38 and ABM19 batches were recently completed and showed a 100% placement rate which is the all-time record for the institution in its 38-year history. The institute secured more than 600 job offers for 576 students, with placements in Consulting, Finance, General Management, IT & Analytics, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Retail E-Commerce. The average CTC for the batch was ₹30 lakhs per annum, whereas the median CTC was ₹27 lakhs per annum. The highest domestic CTC hit Rs. 1.23 crore per annum, and the highest international CTC was Rs. 65 lakhs per annum. Over 200 recruiters, including both old and new firms, took part in the placement drive, which shows that IIM Lucknow has a strong connection with the industry.
The PGP-Sustainable Management (PGP-SM, 2023-25) Program of Indian Institute of Management Lucknow asserted 100% summer placements for its 9th batch. The average stipend for the internships was just over ₹1 lakh, while the most prestigious company paid ₹4 lakhs. For the placement process, over 20 recruiters, including some well-known names such as Accenture Strategy, UltraTech Cement, and The Akshaya Patra Foundation, were involved. According to the survey, the sustainability role was most demanding, with 74% of the batch getting offers in this domain. Besides, 26% of the batch got their jobs in General Management. During the placement season, we witnessed the onboarding of 15 new companies that offered sought-after roles in Corporate Sustainability, Public Policy, ESG Research, ESG Consulting, Project Management, and General Management.
