To prepare students for the dynamic business environment, a range of workshops, guest lectures, seminars, and simulation exercises are offered. There is a special placement Cell which organizes placement selection for various companies, organizations and institutes and provides guidance to the students for different competitive exams.

Career Advancement Services
ISB's Career Advancement Services (CAS) provides students with the tools they need to realize their professional goals. Together, they function all year long to empower students to make well-informed professional options. The Learning and Development (L&D) team arranges one-on-one engagement sessions with alumni from a range of sectors and roles at the beginning of the first term.
In-depth seminars on resume reviews are scheduled for the upcoming semesters. Extensive mock interviews are held by alumni, including industry professionals, for the positions that students wish to take up as placement season approaches. The school plans and leads a variety of seminars and sessions all year long, including ones on social media use, industry deep dives, career trajectories, and functional overviews.
