Hostel Fees:
- For both boys and girls, the monthly hostel price at Bangalore Airport Campus an Ozone Urbana / Infinity is Rs. 11,000/-. At the time of admission, the whole cost of the first year's hostel must be paid. (Exchanging twins)

- At the time of admission, Ozone Urbana requires a hostel caution money deposit of Rs. 25,000, of which 50% is refundable after deducting maintenance, damage, and painting costs.

Transportation Fees
- The annual bus fare from the airport campus to Ozone Urbana or Infinity is Rs 20,000.
- Bus Charge: Rs 20,000 for up to 10 km annually The annual bus fare is Rs 25,000/-11 km to 15 km.
- Bus Fare: Rs 30,000/-16 to 20 km annually.
- The bus fare of 21 km to 30 km is Rs 35,000/- (yearly).
The Chairman or Director should be notified for any complaints, grievances, and admission cancellations. One lakh rupees for registration, plus Rs. 50,000 for processing fees.
Note: Under no circumstances are fees refundable or transferable once they have been paid.
International Institute of Business Studies Scholarships 2025:
Scholarships for Deserving Students (during the PGDM 2024–2026 Admission Phase). Students who fulfill the requirements listed below can apply for scholarships. (If a student meets more than one criterion, they will only be presented with the best option.)
IIBS Scholarships is for high achievers or exceptional for all-around performers in a variety of fields from 2024–2026:
Top academic ranking holder of the state, board, or national levels (10% tuition fee exemption). Represented the nation in athletic competitions at the state, national, and international levels (10% tuition cost exemption). Achievements at the state or national level in subjects other than academics or athletics are eligible for a 10% tuition fee exemption.
Scholarships from the Smt. B Devi Foundation only for girls: 2024–2026
- Girls who received more than 55% of the possible points at graduation are eligible for an NGO scholarship worth Rs. 60000. This NGO encourages women and girls to pursue higher education.
- IIBS Special Scholarship For Defense And CRPF Personnel Wards (DURING THE PGDM Program's Second Year) 2024–2026
- IIBS is very grateful for the sacrifices made by our CRPF and Defense people for our country. IIBS gives its wards a 25% fee waiver (only on the third and fourth installment charge) in appreciation of their contributions.
Scholarship for Siblings 2024–2026
Students who are siblings of current IIBS students or alumni are eligible to receive a Rs. 120,000 Siblings Scholarship.
