Undergraduate (UG)
MBBS admission is based on NEET UG results. Applicants must have completed 10+2 with at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The education lasts five years and six months, including a year of internship. There are 243 seats available, with fees of INR 14,920 for the first year.

MD/MS/MDS: Admission is based on the INI CET (conducted by AIIMS). The applicant must hold an MBBS/BDS degree and finish a one-year internship. The courses last three years and cost INR 20,960 for the first year. General surgery and radiodiagnosis are among the specialisations.
M.Sc Nursing and Allied Health Sciences: Admission is through the JIPMER admission test. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline. The course lasts two years and costs INR 14,910 in the first year.
Super Speciality Courses
DM/M.Ch admission is based on INI SS results. Candidates must hold an MD/MS in the relevant specialisation. The course lasts three years and costs INR 24,960 (for the first year). Specialities include neurosurgery, urology, paediatric surgery, and others.

Admission Process and Counselling
MBBS Admission: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts MBBS admissions based on NEET UG scores.
