There are six blocks for male students and three blocks for female students. The six men's blocks house 2,335 students in 445 rooms. The three female blocks house 987 students in 329 rooms. Rooms are assigned on a triple occupancy basis. Both pisions benefit from their dining space, restrooms, foyer, patio, etc. Vallalar Maiyam and Sarada Maiyam are the KCT facility centres for male and female students. These facilities provide a roof for a TV hall, wifi access, a recreation area, and K's cafe, allowing tenants to enjoy a home away from home.
