Medi-Caps University Indore is a UGC, AICTE, and PCI recognized university established in July 2000. The University provides admission to degree courses such as undergraduate courses in B.Pharma, integrated BCA+MCA, BBA, B.Tech and postgraduate courses in M.Tech, MCA, MA, M.Sc. and admission to PhD program in doctoral level courses. The application process is completely online. Medicaps University B.Tech and M.Tech Admission 2025
Medicaps University as an emerging education system provide full time B.Tech and M.Tech courses in different specializations. Admission to B.Tech comprises of candidates with HSC in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) subjects and with 45% marks in PCM. Selections will be done according to the valid score in JEE Main.
The eligibility for admission to M. Tech. is BE/B. Tech./MCA/M. Sc. from a recognized University. In such cases, the applicants will be selected on the basis of valid GATE score.

Medicaps University PG Admission 2025: MBA, MCA, M.Sc & MA
Medicaps University provides postgraduate programs such as MA, M.Sc, MBA and MCA. All candidates seeking admission in any of these courses must possess a Bachelor’s degree in the applicable area.
For MBA programme, the applicant should acquire a valid score in any of the following exams CAT/ CMAT or GMAT. Admission to courses MCA , MA, and M.Sc courses are done on the quality of marks a candidate obtained in the previous examination.

Medicaps University offers Doctoral Degree programs in multiple programs- Engineering, Commerce, management, and sciences. Minimum entry qualification for admission is a Master’s degree from the applicable field with a minimum of fifty five percent marks in aggregate.The written test followed by an interview will be the criteria used by the university to select candidates. Medicaps Online Admission Process 2025
All the candidates who wish to apply for any program provided by Magecaps University need to register themselves on the admission portal. In order to facilitate the students, the documents may be uploaded online as well offline. The student can follow the below mentioned steps to apply online.
Online Application
Student can visit the official website and click on Admission Registration 2024-25 tab. The online registration will guide you through the process
Step 1: Registration Sign-in Page Medicaps Portal
- Please click on the New Registration link in order to sign up for Medicaps-2025. Registration does not require any payment.
- Prospective students will have to fill in their core information along with the courses/programs intended to pursue. This can note however be permanent as it can be altered later on during the online application, upon the needs.
- Once registration procedure is completed successfully, the candidate should receive login credentials and application number to the e-mail address provided during registration.
- A password can only be changed by the applicants after they have logged in successfully.
- All applicants should ensure correctness of all information filled in prior to submission.
Step 2: Online Application
- In the sign in page of medicaps, enter Username Password and click on submit.
- Fill in the Personal Information. Fill in the Academic Qualification details as required for the eligibility.Â
- Also, candidates need to verify the details filling which is done to verify the results online.
- In case of results still awaited, select the option which is indicated on your screen. After this, details of the entrance examination are provided.
- Â Choose the courses and programs and specialization. In any defined order a combination of selection may be made in that the order of preferences is of the applicant.Â
- Self attested photocopies of mandatory documents need to upload.
-  Candidate can move ahead with payment after accepting the terms and conditions. An application from the applicant will be filled with and admission fee will be paid ‘Rs. 1580/-’ through Online Payment Gateways or UPI. It will generate the receipt of the above application form with details filled in by the applicant as well as rules governing admission of applicants and their application fees payment.
Step 3-Online Counselling (Merit Basis Seat Allotment) and Reporting
- The candidate is able to check his/her allotment concerning applied preferences and the cut off marks if any as determined by the University and printout the same.Â
- Once the allotment is confirmed the applicant can go on and pay the fees and other requirements tht may be there. It has a policy regarding fees refunds and also contract cancellation policy of the university.
- Where the candidate is not happy with their allotment, they can also submit their form for the next round. The fees for re-counselling form is Rs 500.
- In case of nil allotment, applicant will not pay any fees for the next counselling process.
