Hostel Admission Process

1. Application Fee: The cost of the application form, including processing, is ₹250. You can obtain the form from the Chief Warden's Office or download it from the university’s website.
2. Submission: Complete the application form with all required documents and submit it to the respective Faculty Office, signed by the Dean and Student Dean, before forwarding it to the Chief Warden's Office.
3. Payment of Fees: Once the admission list is announced, students must pay the term fees and hall deposit at the Bank of Baroda, University Campus Branch. Payment should be made within 15 days to avoid cancellation of admission.
4. Refund of Hall Deposit: The hall deposit will be refunded after the student leaves the hostel. If not collected within a year, the deposit will be forfeited.

Annual Fees and Charges

• Students must pay specific annual fees as outlined by the hostel administration. Without these payments, room allocation will not occur.
• Vacation Fees:
• Students in M.Phil, Ph.D., or those with ongoing projects/internships are exempt from vacation fees.
• Students with upcoming university exams are also exempt.
• For others wishing to stay during vacations, a fee of ₹50 per day is applicable. Outgoing or non-regular students will pay ₹100 per day.
• A recommendation letter from the Head and Dean/Principal is required to stay during vacations.

Additional Fees

• A refundable deposit of ₹1,000 is required from each new student.
• Foreign students will incur an additional fee of ₹10,000.
