Terms and conditions of merit NIIT University Scholarship:

• The scholarships mentioned above are merit-based and are offered subject to availability.
• For scholarships awarded through the Early Admission Decision (EAD) mode, it's based on Class 10 performance, assuming that the Class 12 performance will be similar to the Class 10 performance.
• If the applicant achieves higher performance in Class 12, their scholarship may be upgraded based on Class 12 aggregate scores and their JEE Main/BITSAT/SAT/NEET scores or percentile, as applicable. However, if the Class 12 performance is lower than Class 10, the scholarship will remain at the same level as originally offered. Applicants should provide these details to the Admission Committee within 15 days from the date of result declaration for consideration.
• The scholarship is valid for the entire duration of the NU Program in which the student is enrolled, provided the student maintains a minimum academic performance of an AGPA (Annual Grade Point Average) or CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) of 6.0, following the then-applicable University Academic Policy.
• Scholarships may be upgraded for one academic year if a student achieves an AGPA/CGPA of 9.0 or higher in any academic year. If a student's AGPA/CGPA falls below 9.0 but remains above 6.0, the scholarship will be reverted to its original level.
• If a student scores a CGPA/AGPA of 10.0 at the end of any academic year, a full tuition fee waiver will be applicable for the next academic year.
• The decision regarding scholarship upgrades, either at entry or in subsequent years, is solely at the discretion of the NU Scholarship Committee and is subject to scholarship availability.
• Scholarships may be revoked if a student faces disciplinary action or fails to meet the minimum attendance requirements as specified in the Attendance Policy.
