Modern College of Pharmacy offers the 4 years undergraduate course in B.Pharm for those students who have passed HSE with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics with at least 50% aggregate marks. Annual intake for B.Pharma course is 60 students. MH-CET is followed for getting admissions to this course.

- Medium of instruction in the Diploma level must be in English.

Modern College of Pharmacy offers Masters in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology and Quality Assurance Techniques (QAT). For all the above mentioned programmes eligibility is Bachelors or equivalent in pharmacy from an AICTE approved institution with at least 50% of marks in it. The above programmes get admission through MH-CET. At least two years of full time experience in a registered firm / company / industry / educational and/ or research institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous organization as on the date of advertisement relevant to the applied Category for the sponsored candidates.
