The scheme to establish the Institute of Hotel Management Indore, M.P. (SIHM) was introduced in 2012. The institute is affiliated with the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) Noida. This institute is financially and administratively under the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Aspiring students may apply online or even offline for admission into SIHM. Candidates who want to gain admission to regular courses like BSc are supposed to take the NCHMCT entrance exam, which is held mainly in April. Admission is offered based on the candidate's performance. It is a computer-based examination. Applicants can download the application form from the official website of the SIHM. The institute welcomes applications for diploma courses and UG courses.
This is one of the top colleges in the hospitality industry in Indore, M.P. NCHMCT JEE 2024 enrollment window is expected to open on Feb 2, 2024, and the last date to apply is May 30, 2024. The NCHMCT JEE 2024 exam will tentatively be conducted in the first week of May 2024.

SIHM UG Admission 2024
SIHM provides admission to BSc in hospitality and Hotel Administration, a three-year undergraduate course (UG).
SIHM Diploma admission
SIHM provides different diploma courses in Hospitality and Tourism. The duration of the diploma courses is one year and six months(18 months). All the diploma courses are available in full-time mode.
Documents required for the admission process
To complete the admission process at SIHM, candidatеs are required to submit the following documents:
- Marksheet of class 10th (2 photocopies)
- Marksheet of class 12th (2 photocopies)
- Scorecard of entrance exam
- Transfer/Migration certificate (if needed)
- Domicile(Niwasi) certificate (1 xerox if applicable for scholarship)
