UEI provides a variety of three-year degree programs in hotel management and business management. Undergraduate courses include BBA (General and International) and BHM in three specialisations. Other courses offered by the college include the 5-year Integrated BBA and BHM. Furthermore, UEI Global Chandigarh provides one-year degrees and certification courses in a variety of specialisations.

Academic eligibility for these courses is a pass in 10+2, and selection is based on aptitude test scores. The BBA program is connected with Bharathiar University's School of Distance Education.
