Are UG programs at the University of Madras available?

How many minimum marks are required for admission at the University of Madras?
One should not score below 45% to 50% in the last academic exam. The PhD admissions are conducted by the University of Madras twice a year. First in January, then again in July. Students must have completed their master’s degree for PhD admissions. Is the admission procedure for International students the same as for Indian students at the University of Madras?

Does the University of Madras refund the submitted fees if the student wants to cancel his admission?
No, students who leave programs after being admitted to the University of Madras do not receive their fees back. If the student has informed the admission cell before the last date of admission, then some amount of fees can be refunded to the student.
