- XLRI Library is also known as ‘Sir Jehangir Ghandy Library’.
- The library was established in 1949 along with the establishment of the institute.
- It has a huge collection of literature predominantly related to labour relations, management and its allied subjects.
- The library has been automated and has an RFID system implemented.
- It also has an e-Resource centre and Discussion Room.

Information Technology |
- The Information Technology (IT) aims to facilitate Wi-Fi campus, seminars, live projects and establishing an e-centre for e-Business.
- This enables the creation of new tech-savvy managers with the skills and knowledge to integrate technology solutions in their workplace.
- The XLRI computing resources include latest servers and workstations with top notch campus network and 500 MBPS raw bandwidth WAN connectivity.
- XLRI has GIGABIT Fiber backbone throughout the campus to support the Institute`s local area network.

Behavioural Lab |
- The Behavioural Lab is an interdisciplinary research institution dedicated to the study of humans.
- All XLRI professors, fellow researchers, and postgraduate students are welcome to use the Lab, which is an invaluable resource.
- The Behavioural Lab has several facilities and equipments such as Eye Tracker, EEG, Automated Emotion Reader, Group lab, Conference room, video lab, software and a multi-person lab.

Sports & Recreation |
- XLRI has an advanced gymnasium which is well-equipped with several gym equipment. The gymnasium is also known as S.C. Sarkar Gymnasium.
- XLRI supports sports facilities to the next level. It has both indoor and outdoor courts for different sports and games.
- Outdoor courts include Badminton, Basketball, Cricket, Football, Tennis and Volleyball.
- Indoor sports court include swimming pools, tennis courts, squash courts, and synthetic athletics track.

Food Courts |
- XLRI provides four separate dining halls in the student homes to meet the needs of students, staff, and faculty members.
- These dining halls serve fixed menus for breakfast, lunch, and supper, which change weekly.
- The kitchens are well-equipped with contemporary appliances and competent workers, allowing for the preparation of sanitary, healthy, and sustainable meals.

Auditoriums |
- The campus contains two auditoriums which have a huge seating, sightlines, and acoustics.
- The Tata Auditorium, which seats around 1500 people, accommodates all important events, including the Annual Convocation, the Ethics Oration, and Ensemble performances by the finest connoisseurs from India and outside.

Faculty Residents |
- XLRI has 77 faculty quarters/flats available in 2BHK and 3BHK layouts.
- These houses are intended to provide comfortable and convenient living environments for academic members and their families.

Students Residents |
- Hostel facilities at XLRI consist of the four hostel blocks with more than 400 rooms in total.
- The Fr. Enright Men’s Residence - Established in 1969, it has 100+ rooms with both single and double occupancy formats.
- The St. Thomas Men’s Residence - The newest hostel, with 100+ single occupancy rooms. It has a brand new mess and a large atrium, and a common room with TV.
- The Mother Teresa Women’s Residence - Built in 1998, it has 45 single / double occupancy rooms with facilities like phones, water filters, coolers, common room with TV in each floor of the three storeyed building.
- The Nilima Acharji Women’s Residence - This is a three storeyed building which has 20+ twin sharing rooms and shares mess and other facilities with GH1 and GH3.
- Fr. McGrath Residence - A newly constructed hostel building which houses a canteen and gym facilities with two separate boys and girls hostels. It consists of 384 single occupancy rooms.

- The International Centre and the Management Development Programs Residence at XLRI provides a comprehensive facility that serves as both a guest house and a venue for courses and conferences.
- It caters to the guests, students, and participants of online programs.

Gardens and Parks |
- The Golden Jubilee Garden at XLRI provides a wonderful location for a variety of events, including Convocation Dinner, Alumni Parties, Staff Gatherings, and so on. The JLT Lawn is dedicated to student events and gatherings, such as regional dinners, creating a lively and stimulating environment for student life.
