AP EAMCET has been renamed as AP EAMCET from the year 2024 onwards. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada on behalf of APSCHE conducts the examination every year. It is a state-level exam held for students desiring to take admission into different Engineering, Pharmacy, and Nursing curriculam in the state of Andhra Pradesh. AP EAMCET is an online computer-based test (CBT) conducted for a total of 3 hours. A total of 2,74,213 candidates in Engineering and 88,638 in Agriculture and Pharmacy registered for the exam last year. Out of these, 2.58 lakh and 80,766 appeared in Engineering and Agriculture & Pharmacy respectively. The previous year, the total number of qualified students was 1.95 lakh, and 70,352 in Engineering and Agriculture & Pharmacy respectively.
