APSCHE will conduct AP EAMCET (EAMCET) 2025 exam in the third week of May 2025. The exam will be conducted in different shifts for both BiPC and MPC streams. Candidates who are eligible and willing to register can do the same at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in, by the third week of March 2025. AP EAMCET 2025 application form can be filled out by the third week of April 2025 without a late fee payment. The previous year, a total of 2.58 lakh and 80,766 candidates appeared for the MPC and BPC papers respectively.
AP EAMCET 2025
As of 2024’s data, the total number of registrations was 3,62,896. Candidates need to register with the personal details and initially pay the application fees. Next, candidates will receive the payment reference ID. This along with the qualifying exam hall ticket number, mobile number, and date of birth will be required to log in and fill out the application form. AP EAMCET 2025 application fees for the General, BC, and reserved categories are INR 600, INR 550, and INR 500 respectively. AP EAMCET 2025 exam will be conducted in an online CBT mode. There will be two separate papers set for both Engineering and Agriculture & Pharmacy streams. The questions will be asked from the Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology (as per stream chosen). A total of 160 questions are asked in the exam, which carries an equal weightage of marks. No negative marking implies for the incorrect attempts. The duration of the exam is 3 hours, and candidates will be provided with extra sheets for doing the rough work. The question paper is set in a bilingual format, i.e., English and Telegu. APSCHE will release AP EAMCET 2025 results as scorecards by the second week of June 2025. The respective results can be viewed by entering the registration number and hall ticket number. Candidates obtaining similar scores will be determined for merit in respect of a tie-breaking policy. Before the declaration of results, AP EAMCET 2025 answer keys are expected to be released by the fourth week of May 2025. Last year, the cut off ranks for the general categories were 1101-101948, and 4472-155591 for the reserved categories.
What is AP EAMCET 2025 Exam?
AP EAMCET has been changed to AP EAMCET since 2024. The test is administered on a state level. Candidates through this exam can take admission into Engineering, Pharmacy, and Nursing courses at different colleges. AP EAMCET exam is held every year by JNTU, Hyderabad on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). It is an online computer-based test and is held in over 25 Andhra Pradesh districts. Students will be required to have the normalized EAPCET marks of 75% and 25% in Intermediate or Class 12 to be ranked.

AP EAMCET 2025 Application Process
All the candidates who meet the eligibility criteria concerning nationality, domicile, age, and need to register at the official portal, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. APSCHE will not accept any hard or physical copy of the application form. Firstly, students need to fill in his/ her name, date of birth, category, mobile number, email ID, and stream preference. Next, after paying the fees, a system-generated payment reference ID will be sent. Students need to log in with the same and qualifying exam hall ticket number, mobile number, and date of birth to fill out the rest of the application form. As per the photo size guidelines, the size of the photograph and signature should be less than 50 KB and 30 KB respectively. All the General candidates will be required to pay INR 600, for BC and SC/ ST categories, the fee set as INR 550 and INR 500 respectively. Students willing to appear in both papers need to pay double the prescribed registration fees.
AP EAMCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
As per the age limit of AP EAMCET 2025 exam, candidates for Engineering, except B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Agr. Engineering), B.Tech. (FS & T) and B.Sc. (Agr. Engg) must be 16 years of age as of December 31, 2025. For some of the courses, the age limit is prescribed as 17 years. No upper age limit is set by the authority. The exam is limited to Indian nationals and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI). Students need to qualify his/ her class 10+2 from a recognized Board (CBSE, ICSE, ISC, NIOS, or any other State Board) with 45% aggregate marks. A 5% relaxation (i.e., 40%) in terms of qualifying marks is considered for the reserved categories (SC/ ST).
AP EAMCET 2025 Syllabus
The level of AP EAMCET syllabus is of Intermediate level. Candidates can refer to the NCERT books for effective preparation as the core topics are included the same. The exam includes topics of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology (as per the stream chosen by the candidate). The Biology paper is again sub-divided into the topics of Botany and Zoology. AP EAMCET 2025 Admit Card
The hall tickets are issued by APSCHE 2-3 days before the official exam date. Successfully registered ones can download respective admit cards by entering the registration number/ payment reference ID, qualifying exam hall ticket number, and date of birth. Students must check all the necessary details and report at the helpdesk number 0884-2359599/ 0884-2342499 in case of any discrepancies like blurred images or signatures, etc. All the students need to check and adhere to the guidelines that remain mentioned on respective AP EAMCET hall tickets. According to it, candidates need to report at the respective centers 2 hours prior to the start of the examination.

AP EAMCET 2025 Result
The test results can be checked by entering the registration number and hall ticket number. AP EAMCET results are published in the form of scorecards. The details mentioned on the results are EAPCET normalized name, marks, application number, roll number, admit card number, etc. The answer keys will be released by the fourth week of May 2025. Candidates will be required to check and download the shift-wise answer keys, which can be challenged by providing proper references.
AP EAMCET 2025 Cut Off
The cut off marks will be released only at the time of result declaration. The minimum qualifying mark set for the General category is 25% (40 out of 160). No qualifying marks are set for the SC/ ST categories. The ranking will be done based on the normalized marks of 75% in EAMCET and 25% in the 10+2 standard.
