ICAI CA Foundation 2025 eligibility criteria are going to remain the same as in the previous year. All the students who meet the eligible criteria will be able to fill out the ICAI CA Foundation application form. The exam is not only limited to Indian nationals. However, the Bhutanese and Kathmandu residents as well as overseas citizens are also eligible to appear for the exam. As per academic qualifications, students who passed class 10+2/ diploma or bachelor’s degree can appear in ICAI CA Foundation 2025 exam. ICAI also allows students to appear in the examination with only 10th-standard qualifications.
Nationality Criteria
All the Indian national candidates are eligible to appear in ICAI CA Foundation 2025 examination. Apart from this, candidates who are residents of Bhutan, Kathmandu, and any other overseas countries are also eligible for the examination.
Age Limit
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has not set any minimum or maximum age bars to appear in ICAI CA Foundation 2025 examination.
Academic Qualifications
Candidates must have passed class 10+2, a diploma, and an undergraduate degree to qualify for the entrance examination with at least 50% marks. The institute also allows students to take the examination with only class 10th or Matriculation/ SSC level qualification.
