Candidates appearing for UG papers must refer to the pattern of CUET exam. NTA, in 2024, implemented significant changes in CUET exam pattern. As per the changes, the test will be conducted in both online as well as pen and paper-based mode. However, ICAR AIEEA test pattern for PG and PhD courses remains unchanged as of now. The same will be conducted in CBT mode. Also, options are flexible in CUET, in which candidates can choose from 13 languages to attempt their papers. The medium set for PG and PhD courses is only English. Aspirants can refer to the below-mentioned exam pattern for both exams.
Mode of Examination
- CUET will be conducted in both pen and paper/ computer-based test (CBT) mode
- ICAR AIEEA will be administered only in computer-based test (CBT) mode\
Exam Duration
The exam will be conducted for a total of 2 hours duration with no sectional time limit. However, in CUET exam, there will be 45 minutes of time duration allotted for Section 1A, Section 1B, and Section 2. Section 3 will have 60 minute time allocation. Papers like Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics, Accountancy, Physics, Chemistry, Economics, and Computer Science/ Informatics Practices will have a 45-minute time duration.
