Panjab University Lateral Entry Entrance Test Cutoff

There will be no cut off of marks in the PULEET 2025 entrance examination for any category. The University will publish a common Merit cum rank list. Rank will be awarded on the basis of marks obtained in the PULEET 2025 exam to all the candidates. Branch and Institute will be finalized at the time of admission as per the availability of seats strictly on basis of merit and eligibility conditions.

PULEET 2025 Counselling and Admission Fee

Candidates can pay the required fee through the demand draft only. The demand draft should be made in favour of Chairman Joint Admission, payable at Chandigarh. Check the fee details in the table below.

If a student gets admission to an institute of Panjab University, they must pay the first installment of the admission fee, which is Rs. 75,955. This fee may change from time to time as per the university's decision.

In addition to this, students must also pay Rs. 1000 as a counseling fee at the time of counseling. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid through a Demand Draft made in favor of Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh, payable at Chandigarh.

Apart from the admission and counseling fees, students must also pay some extra charges depending on the institute they join:

• For UIET, Panjab University, Chandigarh:
  • Rs. 1000 (non-refundable) as UTECHNOS fees (Annual Subscription).
  • Rs. 1000 (non-refundable) as Alumni Affairs Fees.
  • These must be paid through Bank Draft or Cash in favor of the Director, UIET, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
• For Dr. SSB UICET, Chandigarh:
  • Rs. 1500 must be paid through a Bank Draft in favor of Deptt. of Chem. Engg. Society.
• For UIET, PUSSGRC (Hoshiarpur Campus):
  • Rs. 1000 (non-refundable) must be paid through Bank Draft or Cash in favor of SSGPURC Student Society, payable at Hoshiarpur.

Documents Required

On the scheduled date of reporting, bring duly filled-in Scrutiny Form (available in PULEET website) and three recent passport size (5 cm x 4 cm) photographs. Bring the original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies of all the documents. Arrange original documents and their self-attested photocopies in the following order:

1. a) PULEET Result card
2. b) Class 10th certificate for Date of Birth
3. c) Character certificate from the Institute last attended.
4. d) Detail Mark Certificates of each semester of Diploma Course.
5. e) Diploma Certificate
6. f) Testimonials w.r.t. computation of Diploma Percentage (If any)
7. g) Equivalence Certificate (if any)
8. h) Migration Certificate
9. i) SC /ST Certificate (wherever applicable) Sub Appendix B9
10. j) Certificate of Death/Disablement of Military/Paramilitary Personnel 
11. k) Certificate of Gallantry Award to Military/Paramilitary Personnel 
12. l) Certificate of Dependence on Military/ Defence/ Paramilitary Personnel
13. m) Person with Disability (PwD) Certificate 
14. n) Certificate for Children/Grandchildren of Freedom Fighters 
15. o) Sports Gradation certificate with two affidavits
16. p) Gap Year Affidavit 
17. q) Undertakings by students and parents, At the reporting venue, sign your attendance in the list kept at the Attendance Desk.

When called upon, go to the Scrutiny Desk and get the documents scrutinized. Hand over the Scrutiny Form along with self-attested photocopies to the Scrutiny Desk official and collect the Allotment Slip. After the issuance of Allotment Slip, the candidate is required to deposit the Bank Draft at the Fee Desk.
