The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the interview schedule for the CSE, or the Civil Services Examination 2024. The UPSC interview for the eligible candidates in the main examination will begin in January 2025. UPSC has declared that interviews for 2,845 candidates will be held from January 7 to April 17, 2025. The reporting time of the exam is 9 AM for the morning session, and 1 PM for the afternoon session. The UPSC CSE 2024 interview dates have been released in PDF format. The PDF will contain the roll-number-wise date and time. Candidates who have passed the CSE Mains 2024 can check the UPSC interview schedule pdf from the UPSC's official website at upsc.gov.in.
The notice says, On the basis of the results of the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2024 declared by the Union Public Service Commission on 09th Dec, 2024, the Commission has decided to commence the Personality Tests (Interviews) of the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2024 w.e.f. Tuesday, 07.01.2025.
e-Summon Letter for UPSC Personality Test
As per the notice released, the e-Summon Letters for the UPSC Personality Tests (Interviews) can be downloaded from the official UPSC website- upsc.gov.in. Candidates will not be allowed to request changes to the scheduled UPSC CSE interview dates and times. The authority will cancel the candidature of those candidates who do not submit the UPSC Mains DAF-II by the specified date and time. As a consequence, no e-Summon Letter will be issued to such candidates.
Also, candidates appearing for the UPSC interview will be able to apply for travel expense reimbursement, limited to the second class or the sleeper class train fare (Mail Express). Suppose they travel by any other mode or class, reimbursement will be processed as per S.R.-132. The guidelines of the authority can be accessed on the UPSC official website at https://upsc.gov.in/forms-downloads under Travelling Allowance Form for Candidates (For Candidates only). Candidates must submit the hard copies of both-way tickets showcasing the fare details and the duplicate copy of the completed T.A. contribution claim form.
