Below are the various eligibility criteria to apply for the UPESEAT 2025 exam.
- Academic Qualification- Candidates who have successfully completed their 10+2 from a recognized school are able to apply for UPESEAT 2025. Those who are currently in class 12 are also eligible to apply.
- Age Limit- Candidates who were born on or after October 1, 2000 are eligible to apply for the UPESEAT 2025 exam.
- Nationality- Both Indian and foreign nationals are eligible to apply for UPESEAT 2025 exam.
- Aggregate scores- Candidates should have an aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in their 12th board to be able to apply for UPESEAT 2025 exam.
- Board scores- Candidates who have obtained 80% or more in their class 10 and 12 board exams are eligible to apply for UPESEAT 2025 exam and UPESEAT counseling.
- JEE Main- Candidates who have a qualifying JEE Main exam score are also eligible to apply directly to the UPESEAT 2025 counseling.
- Entrance Exam- Candidates can also apply for UPESEAT 2025 through SAT and CUET exam. They should obtain the qualifying marks in these exams to be eligible for UPESEAT 2025. The qualifying cut-off for SAT is 50%.
UPESEAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria for International Candidates
UPES also allows admission of international students through UPESEAT exam. These students should meet the eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the examination. The UPESEAT 2025 eligibility criteria are listed below.
- The candidate should possess a valid passport to be able to apply for UPESEAT.
- The candidate must have completed their higher secondary school from a recognized board/school.
- Candidates belonging to countries that do not speak English, must ensure that they have proficiency in speaking, writing, and understanding English, as the curriculum and classes at UPES are conducted in English only.
UPESEAT 2025 Application Process
To apply for UPESEAT 2025 exam, candidates should follow a set of steps which include registration, application fee payment, filling out education details, and submitting the application form. Below are the detailed instructions on how to successfully complete the UPESEAT 2025 application.
- Visit the UPES official website- upes.ac.in
- Click on the apply button on the screen.
- Then fill in the candidate’s details such as name, date of birth, email ID, phone number, nationality, course, etc.
- Next, candidate should verify the email ID and phone number that they have provided.
- Once the registration is done, candidates should pay the UPESEAT application fee.
- Click on the “Go To Payment” option and make a fee payment of INR 1350.
- Candidates have to pay the fee online only as offline fee payment is not available.
- Application fee can be paid online using UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking.
- Next, candidates have to fill in details regarding their academic qualifications and performance.
- Then, candidates need to click on the “Complete Application Form” option.
UPESEAT 2025 Application Fee
Candidates applying to the UPESEAT 2025 must pay the UPESEAT application fee to complete their application process. The last date to complete the UPESEAT application process is April 2025 (tentative). Candidates are required to make a fee payment of INR 1350 for the UPESEAT exam. The application fee can be paid using UPI, credit or debit cards, net banking, etc.
