The test is administered for admission into Lateral Entry in Bachelor’s Degree Courses in Engineering/ Tech/ Pharmacy courses. The exam is conducted at a National level each year in a pen and paper-based mode. Candidates need to mark their answers on an OMR sheet having 100 questions. Candidates with their scores can get into top-tier colleges, like JIS College of Engineering, Guru Nanak Institute of Technology, Jadavpur University, etc. WBJEE JELET 2025 exam will be conducted in over 24 exam zones in West Bengal. Two separate merit lists prepared by WBJEEB are GMR (General Merit Rank)/ PMR (Pharmacy Merit Rank).
