The XAT 2025 admit card was released on December 26, 2024, and candidates could download it through the official website using their login credentials. The admit card contained essential details such as the candidate's name, photograph, roll number, test venue, and reporting time. It remained available for download until the exam day on January 5, 2025. Carrying the admit card to the exam center was mandatory for all candidates. 

How to Download the XAT 2025 Admit Card?

The XAT exam admit card was released online. Test-takers were advised to take two printouts of their respective XAT 2025 admit cards. The steps to download the XAT admit card 2025 were as follows:

• Visit the official XAT website.
• Click on the 'XAT 2025 Admit Card' link.
• Enter your XAT ID and password to log in.
• After logging in, locate and click on the 'Download XAT Admit Card' button.
• Save the admit card and print copies for future reference.

Each candidate's XAT admit card 2025 will contain the following information:

• Candidate’s name

XAT Admit Card 2025: Errors to Check

Check all the information mentioned on the XAT admit card 2025 as soon as you download it. In case of any error, contact the exam authorities at the XAT helpline mentioned below and get it rectified before the exam day. The following information on the admit card should not have any mistakes:

• The name of the candidate should not be incomplete or misspelt
• The registration number must be the same as in the XAT 2025 application form
• The date of birth of the candidate should not be incorrect
• PwD status should be as per mentioned in the application form
• The date and timings of the exam should be mentioned correctly
• Test city should be as per cities opted in the application form
• The exam center address and location should be correct 

XAT Exam Day Instructions

XAT is conducted at various examination centers across India. The XAT test centers are equipped with computer systems on which candidates have to take the exam. There are certain guidelines that the candidates have to follow for the exam. Check below key XAT exam day instructions.

• Reach the XAT 2025 exam centre at the reporting time mentioned on the admit card to complete the identification process. Present documents at the time of identification and follow the procedure.
• Once inside the XAT exam hall, locate your computer system and take a seat. Do not start the computer system until asked by the invigilator.
• If your computer malfunctions inform the invigilator immediately. Do not wait and waste time. 
• Read the XAT exam instructions carefully and follow them while solving answers. Any confusion or misperception can affect your score.
• The XAT admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the examination hall and must be presented for inspection by the invigilator. Digital or photocopy of the admit card will not be accepted.
• One copy of the XAT admit card 2025 will have to be submitted to the invigilator and the second copy (signed by the invigilator) will have to be retained by the candidate.
• After taking the printouts of the XAT admit card, affix a recent passport-size photo in colour with preferably a white background. The photo must be the same as the one uploaded with the XAT application form 2025.
• Do not sign the admit card beforehand. It has to be signed only in the presence of the invigilator, at the exam centre.
• Candidates are advised to carry a secondary ID proof for identification purposes. Only the original copy of the photo ID will be accepted as valid. Digital or photocopy will not be accepted.
• Watches and gadgets such as mobile phones, calculators, iPads and items having metal are not allowed inside the test centre premises.

Candidates will have to carry one of the below-given ID proofs along with an XAT 2025 admit card to the exam hall for the identification process. Candidates are advised to carry both original and photocopy of the ID proof.
