- Register: Go to the official XAT website, and register.

- Fill Out Form: Send in your filled-out XAT application.
- If candidates are unable to finish the application form in one sitting, they can use SAVE and Next to store the data they have input.
- It is highly advised that applicants complete the XAT Application in person since once the FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON is hit, modifications cannot be done.
- To prevent disqualification, it is imperative that the Candidate and Parent's names are spelled precisely as they appear on certificates, mark sheets, or identity documents.
- When scanning and submitting their photo and signature for the application, candidates must follow the guidelines.
- The Candidate should click the Preview tab to preview and verify the Form before clicking the final submit button.
- Modify details, if required, and submit only after ensuring that all the details and documents filled in the Application Form are correct. “Applicant Details can not be changed once the form is submitted after XAT Fees payment.”
- Select the XLRI programme as per your preference if you wish to study in XLRI.
- Select XAT Test City Preference.
- Click the “Payment” Tab to pay Form Fees.
- Once you receive verification about paying the XAT application fees, click on the “Submit” button.
XAT 2025: Documents Required for Filling the Application Form

- Candidates are advised to prepare these papers prior to the application deadlines if they do not already have them.

XAT 2025 Application Form: Instructions for Photograph

- The photograph must be a recent passport-size color picture.
- If the picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the shade, so that you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows.
- Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
- If you have to use flash, ensure there's no red-eye.
- If you wear glasses, make sure that there are no reflections, and your eyes can be clearly seen.
- Caps, hats, and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed, but it must not cover the face.
- Ensure that the size of the scanned image should be between 20KB-50KB. If the size of the file is more than 50KB, then adjust the settings of the scanner, such as the DPI resolution, no. of colors, etc., during the process of scanning.
XAT Application Form: Instructions for Signature Image

- Use a black ink pen on white paper to sign your documents.
- Only the applicant should sign; no one else is permitted to do so.
- Your signature will appear on the ADMIT CARD and other necessary documents.

- Following a successful purchase, an electronic receipt will be sent. Payment failure is indicated if an electronic receipt is not generated. In these situations, applicants should attempt to make the payment again by logging in using their registered email address and password.
