Pre-Placement Talk (PPT)

  • Summary: The Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) is an ideal ground for interaction between the corporate fraternity and students. During the PPT, recruiters brief students about vision for the companies, work culture, and opportunities available at the level of Management Trainee and Graduate Trainee.
  • Information presented during this session may include history about the firm, its values, and the job functions available. This will help the students understand what to expect from the company as well as the natures of the various job functions available.
  • Q&A Session: This is followed by an elaborate Q&A session wherein the students can ask questions about the organization and the role that is being offered. This forms the critical step in the process because students will be able to clear their doubts and make well-informed decisions.

Application

Procedure: CRC office entertains the application of interested students. They send their resumes and the CRC office distributes it concerned to that organization. By this, qualifications and interests of the candidate are matched with the required needs of the organizations.

Resume Sending: The resumes are matched against them to see how powerfully it allows the recruiters to portray the students through the resume in portraying the aptitude for every task.
