The K J Somaiya College of Engineering provides so many scholarships to deserving candidates. Single Candidate is eligible to receive one scholarship, which are awarded as tuition discount. Any mismatch in the documents submitted to the college will result in the scholarship being forfeited. The scholarship awarded to the students will be based solely on those documents. KJSCE Mumbai offers both B.Tech and M.Tech students a variety of scholarships.
A special scholarship program for B.Tech students who studying mechanical, electrical and telecommunication engineering has just been introduced by the college. This scholarship is awarded on the basis of merit and ranges is from 1 lakhs to 2 lakhs annually. When choosing the recipient of this scholarship, the following criteria will be considered for selecting the student for scholarship:
Academic Performance: To be eligible for this scholarship, the candidate must have at least 75% score in Class X and at least 65% in Class XII.
Performance in Entrance Exam: The following table lists the qualifying standards for college admission.

Extracurricular Activities:
Project competitions at the international, state, district and national levels, as well as national and international science, math and language workshops, will be given priority to candidates who have participated in them.
Phase and Round of Admission:
The weighting for each round in every phase will be done so in declining order. If the candidate maintains a constant CGPI of 6.5 or higher, the scholarship amount awarded at the time of admission will be renewed in the following years.

Blue Star: Advani, Mohan T. The Centennial Scholarships program helps academically qualified but financially disadvantaged students pursue professional or technical degrees and prepares them for the workforce. The Blue Star Foundation offers the scholars full support in the form of financial support, soft skill development, internship possibilities, and mentoring.

Sulzer: The scholarship program seeks to encourage and uplift women's involvement in the fields of science and engineering. Female first-year Mechanical Engineering students who have earned at least a first class (60%) in the 10th and 12th grades (Secondary School Certificate and Higher Secondary Certificate) are eligible to apply for this prize.

K J Somiaya College of Engineering providing PUSH Scholarship
An organisation called PUSH (People United for Students' Help) was established by a few KJSCE employees in order to generate money for financially challenged students. Every year, donations are gathered from staff members, students, alumni, and well-wishers. This scholarship is available to students in any of the following departments who are in their second or final year, with the exception of those who are admitted directly to their second year: Departments of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, and Telecommunication, Mechanical Engineering, and Electronics and Telecommunication.
