UOK (Kota University)

A placement and counseling cell of the Kota University is dedicated to empowering, enlightening, and improving the employability of its students. The Kota University placement cell collaborates with the faculty to offer possibilities to students and engage with potential recruiters who obtain industrial training. The Kota University Placement Cell follows guidelines and keeps cordial positive relationships with the companies it workings with.

Kota University seeks to help students for get the positions as they want while simultaneously giving businesses access to its facilities for hiring. Different Companies are participated in placement campaign which organised by the Kota University such as marketing, software, chemicals, and construction, etc. The Kota University gives their students comprehensive information about the industries that came to the university and acts as a liaison between job seekers and potential employers.

The Kota University placement cell also gives students career counseling, keeps a bulletin board updated with job postings and openings, and provides resume preparation training and support. The goal of the Kota University placement cell is to increase students employability by offering training in soft skills. To achieve this they provides lectures, soft skill development training, group debates, and communication skills training.
