The college offers 11 Major Disciplines which includes Commerce, Economics, Hindi, History, Mathematics, Philosophy, Political Science, Punjabi, Psychological Science and Sanskrit.
Within the three-year undergraduate curriculum, the college provides seventeen distinct course offerings. The Humanities offer both a B.A. (Programme) and a B.A. (Honours). There are courses available for the B.A. (Honours) program in English, Hindi, History, Punjabi, Philosophy, Psychology, Political Science, and Sanskrit. There are additionally courses available for B.A. (Programme) in Urdu, Economics, Political Science, and Education.
B.Com (Programme) and B.Com (Honours) are available in commerce. There are courses available for B.Sc. (Honors) in Statistics, Computer Science, and Mathematics. Additionally, the college provides a four-year B.EL.Ed. program, which is limited to eight Delhi University colleges.
Postgraduate courses in Political Science, Hindi, Punjabi, and Sanskrit are offered by the college. The college also offers Vocational courses in Computer Application, Textile Designing, Travel and Tour Management and Foreign Languages courses in Spanish, German and French.
Applicants who wish to enroll in Mata Sundri College for Women or any other DU-affiliated college must complete the CUET exam and DU CSAS registration procedure. Once Mata Sundri College for Women accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seats.
Students from the Sikh minority are entitled to 50% of the seats available in the college's various courses.The general merit and Sikh minority seat cutoffs will be different. Students who identify as Sikh Minority and would like to be eligible for this benefit must fill out the University's common registration form online at http://www.du.ac.in and choose the Sikh Minority Category. However, completing a separate minority registration form with the college is not necessary.
