The Placement Cell is essential in bridging the talent gap that exists between college students and the highly competitive business. Under the auspices of this cell, students are given access to chances for employment and internships, as well as sufficient information and support, to enable them to present themselves in the best possible light. Regular extended lectures by professional advisors and specialists from the job exchanges, reputable public and private organizations, are held to educate students about current trends and prepare them for the needs of the market.

In addition to organizing recruiting drives and providing students with up-to-date skills, the placement cell helps students prepare for competitive exams like UPSC, GATE , CAT , and others by leading them through a series of workshops.

The fact that the 2021–22 Placement Session was able to sustain its stellar placement record with prestigious organizations and that students had to endure the present recession speaks volumes about its caliber.

The Cell also made numerous efforts to teach students problem-solving, logic, and analytical reasoning techniques. They also achieved a significant milestone by holding their yearly Knowledge and Internship Fair, Chrysalis, online for the second year, with over 30 companies providing 550+ Indian students with possibilities in a variety of professions. With a record-breaking high CTC of INR 21.5 LPA and an average CTC of INR 9.06 LPA, it was an incredibly satisfying session.
