The NFSC Nagpur offers a four year Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) course with a specialization in Fire Engineering. In the UG program, every year 60 students take admissions at this college. Eligibility and the Admission process are all on the lines of the policies undertaken by RTM Nagpur University. The applicant needs to have passed class 12th with English, Physics, and Mathematics compulsory subjects and anyone among Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or any of the Technical Vocational subjects. The aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational should not be less than 45% for open category candidates. For the SC/ ST candidates the minimum qualifying marks are reduced to an extent of 5%. Candidates seeking admissions to the course must have a valid score in JEE Main conducted by CBSE. After the display of the merit list at the university website, candidates will have to appear for the medical test. NFSC provides Sub Officers Course for fire training to the candidates who have passed graduation degree or diploma course in Engineering. The number of students is restricted up to 30 students in a year. For the admission process, the Institute conducts its own All India Entrance Exam for Sub Officers Course. Candidates who are eligible can apply through forms available at the portal and submit a print of the same along with documents at the college. Applicants will be able to submit their hard copies of the applications until 29 September. Only such candidates will be issued their admit cards for the entrance test who have been proved eligible.
