Training
- Sacred Heart College is an inclusive center for higher education. Its recent history indicates that, despite its founding as a men's college, the bulk of its student body is female.
- It also aims to bring in more women in both the teaching and non-teaching roles by fostering a comparable level of transparency in staff appointments.
- It advances gender parity by emphasizing women's development through the former statutory Women's Cell, which served as a women's forum known as SWASTI (Sacred Heart Women's Association for Service, Truth, and Integration) inside the college. Periodic training and exposure programs for gender justice and women's empowerment are envisaged.
