Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women (SVECW) is a privately owned, independent college affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) in Kakinada. The Shri Vishnu Educational Society established the institution in Bhimavaram in 2001. SVECW provides B.Tech programs with seven specialisations, as well as M.Tech courses. The college also provides an MBA program. The number of seats available for B.Tech degrees fluctuates from 60 to 180, whilst M.Tech and MBA courses are fixed at 18 and 60, respectively.

SVECW in Bhimavaram provides a B.Tech. course with seven specialisations. In 10+2 level examinations, the minimum eligibility is 50% marks in the Science stream, with Physics and Mathematics as required subjects.
Candidates are picked based on their EAMCET score. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, conducts the EAMCET on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE).
