TNDALU Chennai

Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University (TNAU) was established in 1997 by the Tamil Nadu government. The law university has UGC recognition and NAAC accreditation with a grade of B++. The TNDALU campus spans 4.2 acres in both Poompozhil and Perungudi.

TNDALU provides 5-year and 3-year LLB (Hons.) and LLM programs across several fields. Admission to all programs is exclusively based on qualifying examination scores (merit-based). TNDALU has around 11 departments and over 120 excellent faculty members. The institution has signed Memorandums of Understanding with over 22 national and foreign universities. It is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and the Indian Institute of Public Administration in New Delhi.

TNDALU: Admission 2024

Admissions at TNDALU are based solely on merit. It provides around 15 internationally accredited Law courses. The university will post a rank list and cut-off marks for each course on its official website. The university's flagship degree is five-year integrated UG courses.

An applicant must complete the application form, and the university will publish the rank and cut-off merit lists on its official website. Following the online verification of the papers, qualified applicants will be contacted for counselling sessions and enrolment.

To be eligible for TNDALU admissions, students must score at least 70% on the qualifying exam. Furthermore, an LL.M application fee of INR 500 for SC/ST candidates and INR 1000 for others is required.

TNDALU Facilities

TNDALU's Poompozhil and Perungudi campuses cover an area of 4.2 acres. The large campus houses 11 departments and about 120 faculty members.
